How it handles septic calls

Built around how septic calls actually go.

It's trained on your business, not general information: your services, the towns you cover, your hours and how you like jobs booked.

  • Backups come first

It asks whether sewage is backing up into the house or surfacing in the yard. If it is, the call goes to your cell or to the top of your callback list, whichever you choose.

  • Pump-outs booked with what you need

Before booking, it gets the name, address, callback number, where the tank lids are and when the tank was last pumped, so your driver isn't calling back to ask.

  • Inspections for home sales

For real estate inspections, it notes the closing date and who needs the report, so you can fit the job in before the deadline.

Founding members

A few founding spots in each county.

We open Hired Line one county at a time across Utah and southern Idaho. Founding members pay the standard price and keep two things later companies won't get: a rate locked for as long as they stay, and a monthly call review where we tune how their line answers.

Once a county's founding spots are taken, they're gone.

Can it tell a backup from a routine pump-out?

Yes. It asks whether anything is backing up into the house or surfacing in the yard. You decide what counts as urgent and where those calls go: your cell right away, an urgent text, or first on your callback list.

Will it quote my prices?

Only prices you've approved, like a standard pump-out for a typical home tank. For anything else, it takes the details and tells the caller you'll confirm the price.

Does it know which towns I cover?

Yes. You give it the towns or counties you serve, and it checks where the caller is before booking. Calls from outside your area can be politely turned away or passed to you, your choice.

What does it ask before booking a pump-out?

The caller's name, address and callback number, where the tank lids are and whether they're buried, when the tank was last pumped, and any symptoms like slow drains or odor. All of it comes to you in a text.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and your phone. You turn on call forwarding with your carrier, for when you don't answer or for after hours, and we walk you through it.
